First and foremost, Rob has prioritized a culture rooted in simply taking care of customers and team members. Since joining OnSite, Rob has placed a strong focus on customer service and strategic business partnerships. This has afforded the company a platform to earn the trust for large, multi-year projects. Personally, Rob’s family roots stem from Portland, Oregon, but Charlotte has been home most of his life. He resides in Harrisburg, with his wife of twenty years, Kristen, and son, Luke. His favorite pastime is watching his son play football on Friday nights! He also enjoys spending time at the racetrack with his dad, fishing, traveling, and spending time with his family.

After working for a smaller company, he began working for a larger regional company in 2007 where he became a field manager. Since then, Michael has worked for larger top 150 landscape companies from the coastal area to the mountains of NC, managing multi-million-dollar installation projects, as well as large maintenance portfolios. Michael enjoys an Operations role so he can be a part of all aspects of the business. Having worked in positions from crew level, up to Director of Operations, Michael knows what it takes to make it happen. Outside of work, Michael enjoys camping with his pups, exploring new places and working in his yard.

He came to Onsite for a crew level position but quickly showed interest in more and through hard work and dedication became a field supervisor in the Installation Division. Outside of work, Marco enjoys spending time with his new Daughter and taking day trips to the mountains with his friends and family.

He began working in the green industry right out of High School. For several years of his career he worked on the supply chain side of the green industry. Fernando joined the team at Onsite in 2022 as a Field Supervisor. Outside of work, Fernando enjoys fishing and playing soccer with his friends.

He joined the Onsite team in 2020, as a crew leader. Alan had an interest in Turf and started studying to become a licensed pesticide applicator which he received in 2021. Alan is now a field supervisor in our Maintenance Division. He enjoys being a part of the growth with Onsite. In his free time, he spends as much time with his kids and family. He loves taking road trips on the weekend and exploring with his young children.

Kerry comes from an extensive background in the landscape industry. Her father has worked in the green industry her whole life. She started out as a Production Manager and quickly moved up into an Account Manager position within two years. After building her career with a national company, Kerry decided she’d work better with a local company. She joined the Onsite team in 2022 as a Customer Relations Manager. She loves to take on challenges and has an eye for detail. She is super excited to be working with a great team improving properties and building long term partnerships with clients. Outside of work, Kerry spends most of her time traveling with her daughter Peyton for competitive cheer! She enjoys spending time with family and friends.
